About ME

Naldo is a Puerto Rican-American photographer, writer, and nutritionist. He holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing, researching, photography, Taekwondo, and spending time with his family. As an ardent traveler, one of his life goals is to travel the world.

Naldo enjoys writing about psychosocial dynamics in everyday life. He likes to examine systemic issues in society while keeping them grounded within their historical context, and ultimately exploring the forces underpinning them. He is also fascinated by the human condition and how it intersects with established belief systems, and how they collectively shape perceptions and behaviors.

His passion for photography arises from the intrinsic reward he gleans from aesthetic compositions, color combinations, and the ability to convey meaning and emotion through imagery.

Naldo works in healthcare as a surgical instruments technician. Presently, he is working for a small hospital in Lynchburg, Virginia.
